OUR STORY
Espino Law was established with a clear purpose: to provide clients with strong legal representation without losing the personal care and accessibility of a boutique practice.
Founded by Principal Solicitor Kateryna Espino, the firm was built around the belief that clients deserve more than legal information. They deserve clear advice, careful preparation, a considered strategy and a legal team that understands the personal impact of the issues they are facing.
Kateryna holds a Master of Applied Law in Family Law and is collaboratively trained. Her postgraduate family law study, practical experience and commitment to ongoing professional development shape the strategic and client-focused approach of the firm.
As Espino Law grew, Alberto Espino joined the business, bringing commercial experience, operational leadership and a strong commitment to client service. Together, Kateryna and Alberto developed a practice that combines technical legal knowledge with responsive communication, practical systems and genuine support.
Today, Espino Law is a collaborative team of solicitors and client support professionals assisting clients across Family Law, Conveyancing and Estate Planning.
While we provide these complementary legal services, Family Law remains the central focus of our practice. We are not a broad generalist firm that only occasionally handles family law matters. Our team regularly works within the family law system and understands the legal, strategic and emotional issues that can arise during separation.

Espino Law Opens Its Doors
Kateryna Espino founded Espino Law with a clear purpose: to create a practice that combined legal expertise, strategic advice and genuine client care.
From the beginning, the firm focused on understanding each client’s circumstances, clearly explaining their options and developing strategies suited to their individual needs.
2023
Alberto Joins Espino Law
Alberto Espino joined the firm, bringing extensive commercial experience, operational leadership and a strong understanding of strategy and client service.
Working alongside Kateryna, Alberto helped strengthen the firm’s operations, systems and client experience while supporting its continued growth.
2024
Building the Right Team

Expanding Our Services
Espino Law expanded its services to include Family Law, Conveyancing and Estate Planning, allowing the firm to assist clients through relationship changes, property transactions and planning for the future.
